FAQs

At Bold Wealth, we believe that achieving your financial dreams doesn’t require a stroke of luck or winning the lottery.

If you’re not sure if a wealth management firm is for you, we invite you to read through our FAQs section.

  • A Portfolio Manager is typically also considered a Financial Advisor, but most Financial Advisors are NOT Portfolio Managers. The bar is significantly higher for Portfolio Managers as we are required to achieve a higher level of education and experience in the investment industry. More importantly, we are fiduciaries for our clients (vs a Financial Advisor is NOT). This means that we are required (and held accountable) to act with care, honesty and good faith and always in the best interest of our clients (similar to a Doctor or a Lawyer). We are required to be completely unbiased in our advice and to implement the highest standards of professionalism in the industry.

  • Wealth management involves comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, and other financial services to help individuals or businesses grow, protect, and manage their wealth. For us at Bold Wealth, it’s a holistic approach that goes beyond conventional strategies. It's about crafting personalized solutions to optimize your financial growth and security.

  • Wealth managers offer expertise and tailored strategies to optimize financial goals, manage risks, and navigate complex financial landscapes. Bold Wealth wealth managers take individualized approaches to guidance and support. You’ll never hear ‘this works for everyone’ when you work with Bold Wealth advisors. We deliberately keep our client base small to ensure every client receives the attention and customized solutions that larger institutions often can't provide.

  • Consider factors such as the firm's expertise, track record, services offered, fees, client reviews, and the personal rapport you have with the wealth manager.

  • The frequency of meetings can vary based on your needs and the complexity of your financial situation. Typically, meetings occur quarterly.

  • Wealth managers analyze and mitigate various risks, such as market volatility, economic changes, geopolitical events, inflation, and unexpected life events, by diversifying investments and employing risk mitigation strategies.

  • While wealth management often caters to high-net-worth clients, many firms offer services for individuals at various wealth levels seeking comprehensive financial guidance. Bold Wealth is an independent Portfolio Management firm. This independence grants us greater flexibility and control in designing portfolios and fee structures for a variety of clients with various net-worths.. Our goal is to provide tailored plans that consider your family's retirement needs at significantly lower fees, typically 30%-50% less than major institutions.

  • Yes, clients have the flexibility to terminate services at any time without penalty.
